Please print and bring your own name card on the day of the convention.

For Oral Presenters
Oral presenters are required to bring their own PC and HDMI connector, connect it to an LCD projector, and make an oral presentation at the presentation date and venue indicated in the acceptance notification.

For Poster Presenters
Poster presenters are required to display their posters and present and discuss in front of their posters at the time and date (duty time) specified in the acceptance notice. Poster numbers are posted on the board.

Poster removal: Please remove them from the board by Oct. 31 Thu 16:30.
※Please note that posters that have not been removed after the poster removal time will be kept by the secretariat during the conference and will be destroyed after the conference is over.
